If you've got a Google Plus or Google photos you'll notice that each one images hosted on your account are hosted on bp.blogspot.com

That is because that's where the photos included on blogger.com are stored. If you click on a photograph on a blogspot site, unless the blogger has changed the URL or removed it, you'll be taken to the originally uploaded photograph, and therefore the URL you'll see starts with bp.blogspot.com, followed by an extended string, uniquely identifying every photograph. it's not an actual website, per se.

The reason it ranks so high on Alexa is because it's frequently encountered by Alexa bots when indexing the online . But since it's not an actual website, and a reference URL medium for image and other media storage on blogger, you can't "see" the web site .
its alternatives are internal subdomains that results in Google's internal servers,, this is often where google stores it`s images and your photos (if you've got a Google account in fact ! ).

Also if you Created a Blogger.com blog, any image you upload to the present blog gets a canonical url that results in a subdomain like one among the above mentioned subdomains.
These images are often controlled using your own Google account where you'll delete, edit, or share from your own account .

Notice that deleting these images from your blog will remove them from the blog but not from your Google account so, these images will keep functional till you delete them yourself from your Google photos account.
